  Didn't get what I had come for but still left happy.
  2 weekends ago I called the store looking for a Diary that my wife likes and a very helpful your lady named Alexandra advised me that they are showing 10 in stock. The kids and I head over and try to find the illusive diary that 3 other Officeworks stores had none of.
  Still having trouble, I ask for assistance. Ends up being Alexandra again who helps me look, calls in help, then then two staff members are looking. The young lady then ends up going through all the boxes above the Diaries trying to locate the missing stock.
  When all else failed she called all the other Officeworks in Melbourne trying to locate a copy for me.
  While she was unsuccessful, I was still very impressed with her customer service level. It was refreshing to see.
